Mais de 500 famílias da comunidade de Heliópolis viveram um momento histórico nesta terça-feira (8), ao receberem os títulos de propriedade de suas casas, após décadas de espera. A ação faz parte de um amplo programa de regularização conduzido pela Secretaria Municipal de Habitação (SEHAB), que já beneficiou milhares de moradores de baixa renda. Apenas na região de Heliópolis, cerca de 13.140 domicílios estão com processos de regularização em andamento.
