Serviço foi inaugurado no Dia Internacional da Mulher, em 8 de março de 2021, e oferece acolhimento e atendimento qualificado a mulheres vítimas de abuso sexual e/ou importunação sexual e violência domésticaNo primeiro ano de funcionamento do Posto de Apoio à Mulher no Terminal Sacomã, inaugurado pela Prefeitura, por meio da Secretaria Executiva de Transporte e Mobilidade Urbana (SETRAM), da Secretaria Municipal de Direitos Humanos e Cidadania e da SPTrans, em 8 de março de 2021, 77 vítimas foram atendidas.
Nesse período, a maior parte das mulheres que procuraram o posto foram vítimas de violência doméstica: 27. Os outros atendimentos prestados foram: orientações (23); violência psicológica (11); jurídico (5); assédio moral (3); importunação sexual (2); acolhimento (2); saúde mental (2); abuso sexual (1); auxílio aluguel (1).
O Posto de Apoio à Mulher funciona de segunda a sexta-feira, das 8 às 17 horas, com atendimento realizado por assistente social da SMDHC e triagem realizada por funcionária da SPTrans, e quando necessário há encaminhamento à Casa da Mulher Brasileira, equipamento de referência na prestação de serviços às mulheres, que contam com apoio psicológico e jurídico.
O espaço tem aproximadamente 5 metros quadrados, incluindo uma sala reservada para atendimento sigiloso. Há também espaço com livros infantis e material para crianças, enquanto a mulher é atendida.
Campanha
Desde o dia 8 de março de 2021, Dia Internacional da Mulher, foi iniciada a campanha Ponto Final ao Abuso Sexual nos Ônibus de São Paulo, uma ação da Prefeitura de São Paulo, por meio da Secretaria Executiva de Transporte e Mobilidade Urbana (SETRAM) e da SPTrans, para tornar o transporte por ônibus cada vez mais seguro e confiável (https://sptrans.com.br/ponto-final-ao-abuso-sexual). A SPTrans mantém a campanha no Jornal do Ônibus, em adesivos e em suas redes sociais com orientações e informações sobre o tema. Ônibus adesivados também circulam pela cidade com o título da campanha.
Treinamento
Implantado em 2017, o Viagem Segura é um programa que tem o objetivo de melhorar a competência dos profissionais que atuam na “ponta” do sistema de transporte público, ou seja, motoristas, cobradores(as) e fiscais com temas como Segurança Viária, atendimento aos passageiros, entre outros.
A SPTrans aborda o assunto abuso sexual no programa e a orientação, neste caso, é que os operadores devem chamar a polícia ou conduzir o ônibus até a delegacia mais próxima, se possível, onde a vítima poderá registrar o boletim de ocorrência e receber amparo das autoridades policiais.
Em 2019, foram treinados 35.025 profissionais. Em 2020, 5.832 pessoas foram treinadas, das quais 3.828 no treinamento de ingresso que abrange o conteúdo de abuso sexual. Em 2021, devido à pandemia, os treinamentos ficaram suspensos até outubro, após este período 4.981 operadores já foram treinados.
Ainda em 2020, a SPTrans elaborou e aplicou o treinamento para 49 profissionais dos RH’s das empresas operadoras “Formação de Multiplicadores – Abuso Sexual nos Transportes”.
Canal de denúncia 156
O 156 é o canal de denúncia oferecido pela Prefeitura. A vítima do abuso sexual no ônibus pode ligar para o 156, digitar 0, e terá sua denúncia registrada. Os dados da denúncia serão repassados pelo 156 à SPTrans, que realizará o mapeamento dos casos de abuso no transporte coletivo para colaborar com as investigações por parte das autoridades policiais e verificar se os operadores adotaram os procedimentos corretos.
