Pão de ano bom para as festas

Ingredientes: 1 lata de leite condensado; a mesma medida de leite; 3 ovos inteiros; 100 gramas de manteiga ou margarina amolecida; 1 pitada de sal; 2 tabletes de fermento biológico; 1 xícara (chá) de frutas cristalizadas; 1 xícara (chá) de uvas passas; 1 xícara (chá) de conhaque; 700 gramas de farinha de trigo; leite e açúcar para pincelar. Preparo: Coloque as passas e molho no conhaque. Reserve. No liquidificador, bata o leite condensado, a mesma de leite, os ovos, a manteiga ou margarina, o sal e os tabletes de fermento. Coloque a mistura numa tigela funda e junte a farinha de trigo, obtendo uma massa mole. Com uma colher de pau, bata a massa até que comece a soltar bolhas. Cubra a tigela com um pano e deixe crescer durante 1 hora. Passado este tempo, bata novamente a massa e acrescente as frutas cristalizadas e as passas escorridas. Misture bem. Unte e enfarinhe fôrma de bolo inglês (ou outra fôrma alta de sua preferência) e coloque a massa até a metade. Cubra com um pano e deixe crescer novamente até dobrar de volume. Leve ao forno preaquecido (180º) e asse durante 50 minutos. Depois de assado, ainda quente, pincele com uma mistura de leite e açúcar e polvilhe com açúcar de confeiteiro. Dica: Para crescer a massa, conserve a tigela em local seco e livre de correntes de ar. Use tabletes de fermento com 15 gramas cada um.
