Gaspacho espanhol

Ingredientes: 1 quilo de tomates tipo Italiano bem maduro, cortado em cubos grandes; 2 pimentões vermelhos cortados em fatias grossas; 2 cebolas cortadas em cubo; 2 dentes de alhos descascados e cortados ao meio; ½ xícara (chá) de salsinha, cebolinha e alecrim; ½ xícara (chá) de azeite; 2 colheres (sopa) de vinagre balsâmico; 2 pepinos picados com casca; 1 xícara (chá) de suco de laranja; sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto; 6 cubos de gelo. Preparo: Coloque em um refratário os tomates, os pimentões, as cebolas, o alho, as ervas, o azeite e o vinagre seis horas antes de servir. Tempere tudo com sal e pimenta, misture, cubra com papel-filme e leve à geladeira. Pouco antes de servir, retire as ervas que estiverem escuras e processe a mistura no liquidificador, junto com o gelo, pepinos e suco de laranja. Se necessário, bata em duas etapas. Corrija a acidez com pitadas de açúcar. Sirva bem gelado.
