Ingredientes: 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar; 1 colher (sopa) de manteiga; 6 bananas nanicas maduras; 1 lata de creme de leite; canela em pó a gosto. Preparo: Numa frigideira grande, coloque o açúcar e a manteiga e leve ao fogo baixo, mexendo delicadamente até derreter e ficar ligeiramente dourado. Cuidado para não queimar. A seguir, acrescente as bananas descascadas e cortadas em pedaços regulares. Em fogo baixo, vire os pedaços para que fiquem dourados por igual. Distribua as bananas em pratos individuais, cubra como creme de leite batido com 1 colher (sobremesa) de açúcar e ½ colher (chá) de essência de baunilha. Polvilhe com canela em pó. Sirva a seguir.
