Ingredientes: Meia melancia madura; meia xícara (chá) de açúcar; 1 colher (sopa) de suco de limão. Preparo: Retire a polpa da melancia e elimine as sementes. Em seguida, coloque aproximadamente uma xícara de polpa no copo do liquidificador junto com o açúcar e o suco de limão e bata bem. Depois vá acrescentando o restante da polpa e batendo até obter um purê. Despeje a massa numa tigela, cubra-a e leve ao congelador. Cerca de duas horas depois, ou quando perceber que as bordas do sorvete estão se solidificando, bata novamente, usando o liquidificador, a batedeira ou o processador. Leve o sorvete de volta ao congelador e repita essa operação por mais três vezes. Retire o sorvete do congelador e coloque na geladeira durante 10 minutos antes de servir.
