Macarrão ao Molho All’arrabiata
Ingredientes: 1,600 gramas de tomate pelado; 2 colheres (sopa) de azeite de oliva; 1 colher (chá) de pimenta calabresa em flocos; 4 dentes de alho picados; 1/3 xícara (chá) de manjericão fresco picado; 100 gramas de bacon picadinho; sal e pimenta do reino a gosto; macarrão tipo Penne (ou outro de sua preferência). Preparo: Frite o bacon até ficar dourado. Escorra em papel absorvente e reserve. Numa panela grande, coloque o azeite, os tomates e a pimenta calabresa. Cozinhe durante 30 a 40 minutos ou até formar um molho encorpado. Acrescente o alho picado e cozinhe durante mais 10 minutos. Retire do fogo e adicione o bacon frito e o manjericão. Tempere com sal e pimenta do reino e reserve. Cozinhe o macarrão “al dente” em água com sal. Escorra e coloque numa travessa aquecida. Acrescente o molho, polvilhe fartamente com queijo tipo Parmesão ralado e sirva imediatamente. Dica: se quiser, adicione azeitonas pretas ao molho depois de pronto. Variação: O charme deste macarrão é a pimenta, no entanto, você pode diminuir a quantidade desse ingrediente, se preferir.
