Nasi Goreng
Muito mais do que um arroz temperado! O Nasi Goreng é um prato típico da Indonésia / GB Imagem
Ingredientes: 1 quilo de pernil cortado em cubos; 300 gramas de camarão sete barbas; 2 pimentas dedo de moça; 1 ½ de arroz cozido. Preparo: Numa panela, frite o pernil até ficar dourado, acrescente 1 colher (chá) de gengibre em pó, 1 colher (sopa) de curry e 4 cebolas picadas em cubos. Frite mais um pouco e acrescente 1 colher (chá) de cominho; 6 dentes de alho picados; meia bolinha de noz moscada; 1 pitada de pimenta do reino; 60 ml de Shoyo; 250 ml de água e sal a gosto. Misture bem e deixe cozinhar durante 7 minutos. Reserve. Limpe bem os camarões e frite-os em outra panela. Depois de fritos, acrescente o pernil e refogue por mais 4 minutos. Misture o arroz cozido e acrescente a pimenta dedo de moça picada. Mexa durante 5 minutos e sirva a seguir.
