A Imperador do Ipiranga realizou algumas mudanças para o carnaval de 2018. Dentre elas, a contratação da dupla de intérpretes Rodrigo Atração e Juninho Berin. Os cantores falaram e garantiram que o talento em dose dupla promete sacudir o desfile da agremiação.
O carnavalesco da escola de samba da Vila Carioca, Eduardo Caetano, levará para a avenida o enredo ‘Solidariedade. A explícita magia de sonhar, amar e viver em prol do bem” e na aposta de toda a comunidade em realizar um grande desfile. A letra conta a solidariedade de uma forma diferente. Iniciando nos tempos da pré-história, quando o homem começou a viver em ”grupos” e descobre o sentimento solidário através da caça compartilhada, alimentando primeiro os idosos e os jovens. Caetano está disposto a realizar um dos maiores desfiles da sua carreira na escola do Ipiranga.
A bateria será outro destaque tendo a frente a Rainha Jéssica Bueno e no posto de madrinha está Silvia Waszak. As beldades já mostraram nos ensaios da escola que tem muito samba no pé.
A Comissão de Frente mostrará o homem da pré-história, instinto e solidariedade. Na sequência virá o primeiro casal de mestre-sala e porta-bandeira, seguindo da primeira ala que levará o nome de “A caça e a partilha solidária”. O primeiro carro da escola vem na sequência com o tema “A troca na pré-história, grandes descobertas através da arte rupeste”.
A segunda ala representará a “Fé”, terceira ala o “Império Romano”, quarta ala “Os Três Mosqueteiros”, ala 5 “Jesus de Nazaré” e ala 6 “Religiões”. Finalizando vem o segundo carro representando a “Solidariedade vencendo preconceitos”.
A escola de samba Imperador do Ipiranga é última escola a desfilar no domingo de Carnaval pelo grupo de Acesso, em 11 de fevereiro, no sambódromo do Anhembi.
