A gente vê, têm buracos aqui, buracos mais a frente, a “lixaiada” jogada pelas ruas, e é isso que está acontecendo com o Ipiranga”, contou Adimilson Nascimento, de 49 anos, que trabalha no bairro.
Segundo ele, em questão da pavimentação e recapeamento do solo, a Subprefeitura tem culpa na não realização destes serviços em algumas ruas do bairro, porém, disse também que a maior parte dos culpados são os moradores. “A gente não pode culpar só os órgãos. Temos que nos policiar também. O lixo jogado pela rua é culpa do morador, não só da Subprefeitura”, apontou.
Em um café da manhã com o Subprefeito do Ipiranga, Adinilson Almeida, comentou sobre o trabalho de recapeamento que está sendo feito em toda a cidade de São Paulo, destacando que, como tem acontecido no Ipiranga, as vias principais e de maior tráfego de veículos, recebem o asfalto novo primeiro.
De acordo com a Subprefeitura do Ipiranga, quem está fazendo a avaliação dos locais de maior necessidade de receber o recapeamento é o Departamento de Zeladoria Urbana.
O problema é que a maioria dos buracos que vem sido apontado pelos moradores está nas ruas internas do bairro, como por exemplo, a Agostinho Gomes e entre a Cipriano Barata e a Cônego Januário, vias, onde, as crateras são avistadas de longe.
Em relação ao acúmulo de lixo nas ruas, a Subprefeitura explica que divulga frequentemente, nas redes sociais, no site e nos grupos, sobre os serviços de coleta de lixo, com orientações para que as pessoas realizem o descarte de lixo de forma correta.

Há mais de cinco anos a empreendedora pede soluções, mas nada foi feito até o momento. “Estou há mais de cinco anos fazendo pedido para retirar esta árvore aqui do lado, porque, se ela vier a cair é capaz de matar alguém e vai atingir minha casa”, disse.
Uma amiga de Conceição, também realizou um pedido para solucionar o problema com a árvore, “vieram, tiraram foto, mas não fizeram nada até agora”.
Para Aparecida, a solução seria as autoridades darem mais “atenção” às solicitações e aos próprios munícipes. “Espero que eles deem um pouco mais de atenção para nós, que estamos necessitadas, tanto na área de lixo, como na parte de árvore, luz e rua esburacada”, destaca.
