Parque da Independência recebe atividades na Semana do Meio Ambiente
Na segunda-feira (5), foi comemorado o Dia Mundial do Meio Ambiente. Para comemorar a data, a Prefeitura de São Paulo, por meio da Secretaria do Verde e do Meio Ambiente, realizou atividades – na quinta-feira (8) – no Parque da Independência.
Quem não viajou no feriado de Corpus Christi e decidiu fazer parte das ações, pôde participar de uma atividade de confecção de brinquedos com materiais recicláveis, além de se divertir de maneira consciente com jogos e dinâmicas infantis montada no Parque. Integrantes dos projetos Ecoxote e Planeta Vivo quem fizeram parte do evento e montaram duas tendas próximas à escadaria do Museu do Ipiranga.
“A ideia aqui, hoje, no Museu do Ipiranga, é trazer um pouco de informação para as crianças e transformar coisas recicláveis em instrumentos musicais. A gente já percebeu nesse pouquinho de tempo que estamos aqui, que as crianças interagem e gostam muito”, contou Shirley Myle, arte-terapeuta e oficineira do Ecoxote.
Moyle acrescentou ainda, que a intenção da tenda no Museu foi levar informações para as crianças, de maneira brincante, para que elas aprendam desde pequenas a preservar a natureza. “A intenção sempre vai ser a de trazer informação para as crianças, para que elas comecem desde agora a entender a reciclagem. Assim, daqui uns anos, já teremos um planeta mais sustentável”, apontou.
Gerson Bento da Silva, presidente da Ecoxote, fez questão de salientar que o projeto ainda está “nascendo” e a tenda montada buscou levar a divulgação de como fazer a reciclagem correta de materiais de embalagem de produtos. “Esse trabalho nosso, busca a conscientização do meio ambiente, e você saber separar o que é lixo orgânico e o que é o material reciclado, que é dinheiro – hoje em dia – para muitos, e para nós transformamos em arte. Em brinquedo. Com o tempo, quando adquirirmos uma quantidade desses brinquedos – materiais recicláveis –, faremos uma exposição”, disse.
Fabio Takeshi estava participando de um chá de bebê que acontecia no Museu com sua filha e seu sobrinho, ambas crianças. As tendas chamaram sua atenção e a dos pequenos, que logo correram para se divertir, enquanto aprendiam sobre reciclagem. “Nem sabia que estava tendo essas atividades aqui, as quais achei bem interessante, com papel ecológico para as crianças e para os adultos também. Muito bacana o incentivo”, afirmou.
A surpresa em relação às ações ecológicas no Museu, também pegaram Marcelo Pirolo de surpresa. Natural de Santo André, ele estava passeando no Museu com sua esposa, filha e um casal de amigos, avistou a tenda, parou para ver do que se tratava e acabou levando sua pequena para participar das atividades. A filha dos amigos também participou. “A gente acabou vendo a tenda de longe, viemos dar uma olhadinha para ver o que era e as meninas [sua filha e a filha dos amigos] se encantaram, porque tem brincadeiras, uma parte mais dinâmica para elas”.
Ele apontou ainda que “relacionado a questões ecológicas, é bem importante essa pegada para conscientizar desde pequeno. É bem legal e elas estão se divertindo aí, usando material reciclável para brinca. Está bem legal”.
A equipe do Planeta Vivo esteve presente para divulgar que existem meios e caminhos para realizar o reaproveitamento, a reutilização e o destino correto de cada tipo de lixo. “Em um espaço como esse que vem muita gente, nossa função é divulgar”, contou a assistente social e participante do projeto Marcia Baco.
Os outros 30 parques da cidade, também estão recebendo ações durante a semana. A capital paulista é composta por 48% de cobertura vegetal e – através das atrações –, segundo a Prefeitura, o objetivo é conscientizar os munícipes sobre a importância da proteção dos recursos naturais e promover práticas sustentáveis.
