Recheio: 3 ovos; 1 lata de creme de leite; 100 gramas de queijo tipo Parmesão ralado; 1 xícara (chá) de brócolis cozido e picado em pedaços pequenos; ½ xícara (chá) de pimentão vermelho picado; 1 lata de seleta de legumes escorrida; sal e pimenta do reino a gosto. Preparo: Massa: Numa tigela, peneire a farinha e o sal. Junte a manteiga e amasse com a ponta dos dedos até formar uma farofa grossa. Adicione o ovo, a água, aos poucos, e misture até ficar homogêneo. Embrulhe em filme plástico e deixe na geladeira durante 20 minutos. Abra a massa com um rolo e forre o fundo e as laterais de um refratário de 22 cm de diâmetro. Fure levemente com um garfo e leve ao forno médio, preaquecido, por 15 minutos ou até ficar ligeiramente dourado. Deixe esfriar. Recheio: No liquidificador, bata os ovos, o creme de leite, a metade do queijo, o sal e a pimenta. Sobre a massa fria, espalhe os legumes de modo uniforme e cubra com o creme. Polvilhe com o queijo parmesão restante e leve novamente ao forno, por aproximadamente 35 minutos, ou até que o recheio fique firme e dourado. Sirva a seguir.
