O ipiranguista, cantor, músico, compositor, produtor e diretor Miguel Barone vive uma fase única em sua carreira. Após ficar 21 anos em stand by, Barone volta com Adoniran Mezzo a Mezzo.
O projeto de versões de Adoniran Barbosa em italiano, iniciado em 1996 e com grande repercussão na mídia, apresenta versões de clássicos do homenageado misturando italiano com português. O show preserva em grande parte a cadência clássica das músicas do autor de Saudosa maloca, porém, com inserções nunca imagináveis, como elementos de rock, blues rock e samba. “Intercalar versões em italiano com originais em português proporciona uma dinamica ao show e permite mais interatividade com o público”, explica.
Além dos trabalhos citados, Miguel Barone também conhecido pelo pseudônimo de Krafor, gravou em 87 a voz principal nas duas faixas da Banda Ibiza (Incógnita e Contraste Social) na coletânea Rock do ABC; em 1991 e 2017 os EPs Corrida Noturna e Pane Cega com a banda de rock Zona Proibida, todos trabalhos autorais. Também produz e dirige concomitantemente o EP que levará o mesmo título do show ¨Adoniran Mezzo a Mezzo¨, mantendo as mesmas características de concepção sonora e musical.
Para atingir o resultado sonoro planejado, Barone escolheu a dedo cada músico que o acompanha, devido às características técnicas, individuais e musicais de cada integrante. Danilo Rocha (violão); Markinhos Rodriguez (bateria); Marcos Prado (guitarra); ; Dico Santana (baixo); Alecio Rodrigues (teclados) acompanham o músico. Além das participações especiais como Romualdo da Rocha; Jean Marcell e o o jornalísta e músico Ayrton Mugnaini Jr.
Entre as dificuldades em resgatar o projeto o ipiranguista destaca a falta de um empresário. “Faço tudo. Fica complicado dirigir com excelência todas as fases de um projeto e ainda divulgar. Um empresário com conhecimento no assunto faz falta”, diz.
