Cohab-SP reúne moradores de Heliópolis para tratar de regularização fundiária e titularidade de imóveis
Hoje (28), a Companhia Metropolitana de Habitação de São Paulo (Cohab-SP) e a Secretaria Municipal de Habitação (Sehab) realizarão um encontro com os moradores do bairro de Heliópolis. Nesse encontro, serão apresentadas propostas sobre o processo de regularização dos lotes de toda a comunidade e da titularidade da Gleba K, que possui alguns lotes já regularizados.
A comunidade de Heliópolis possui 14 glebas que estão em uma área total de 966.822,13 m². A Gleba K é uma das áreas da comunidade. Essa gleba possui uma área de 576.083,81 m² e foi adquirida pela Cohab em março de 1987. Atualmente, a Gleba K possui cerca de 9 mil lotes, os quais apenas aproximadamente 1.000 são efetivamente regularizados e já podem iniciar o processo de titularidade.
Os esforços da Cohab e da Sehab estão principalmente voltados para iniciar esse processo de titularidade dos lotes já regularizados; iniciar a regularização dos lotes não regularizados e acompanhar e finalizar os lotes que já estão em processo de regularização. Esses últimos, contam com pendências de obras ou remoções.
