Misture bem. Acrescente o fermento e misture delicadamente até que fique bem incorporado. Distribua a massa nas forminhas de Muffin forradas com forminhas de papel frisado. Coloque a massa até a metade das forminhas. Leve para assar em forno preaquecido a 180º. Asse durante 20 minutos ou até que fiquem ligeiramente dourados.
