Bolo de nozes com uvas passas

Ingredientes: 6 ovos; 125 gramas de nozes raladas ou bem picadinhas; 60 gramas de passas; 300 gramas de açúcar; 250 gramas de manteiga; 350 gramas de farinha de trigo; 1 colher (chá) de fermento em pó; ½ colher (café) de canela em pó. Preparo: Bata a manteiga com o açúcar até obter um creme liso, e sem parar de bater adicione 2 ovos inteiros batendo por cerca de mais 2 minutos. Adicione 4 gemas e bata bem. Bata as 4 claras em neve firme, junte ao preparado alternadamente com a farinha, previamente misturada com as nozes raladas, as passas, fermento e canela e envolva muito bem. Coloque o preparado numa forma de buraco no meio, previamente untada com manteiga e polvilhada de farinha. Leve ao forno quente à 180ºC por cerca de mais ou menos 45 minutos. Faça o teste do palito. Depois de assado deixe esfriar um pouco e desenforme. Sirva em seguida. Receita é um coringa na mesa para as festas de final de ano em família ou amigos.
