Centenas de famílias deixam os ‘redondinhos’ em Heliópolis

A mediação para a saída voluntária dos sem-teto estendia-se desde março de 2017 e, como não houve acordo, a Prefeitura de São Paulo iniciou a manhã de terça-feira (9) o cumprimento de ordem judicial expedida pela juíza Gilda Elena Rios, da 15ª Vara de Fazenda Pública, que determinava a reintegração de posse no empreendimento denominado Sabesp 1, em São João Clímaco.
A retomada de posse tem previsão de terminar em dez dias, tempo necessário para a retirada dos pertences das pessoas que ocupavam os condomínios três e quatro do empreendimento e a remoção do lixo. Os imóveis haviam sido reservados para 152 famílias cadastradas, que aguardavam apenas a conclusão das obras. Mas, ainda com os prédios em construção, grupos de sem-teto invadiram os apartamentos.
“A favela em que morávamos pegou fogo e, sem ter para onde ir, ocupamos os dois edifícios”, explica a catadora de papelão Maria Celeste Perdigão. “Nós até nos propusemos a pagar pelos apartamentos, em suaves prestações, mas os representantes da Prefeitura não concordaram”, ela lembra. Os invasores recebiam auxílio aluguel desde 2009, quando foram removidos da área de risco em que viviam, em Heliópolis. “Eu jamais recebi um centavo sequer”, garante Maria Celeste.
A Secretaria Municipal de Habitação vinha negociando desde março de 2017 a saída voluntária dos sem-teto que ocuparam ilegalmente os prédios inacabados. O processo foi judicializado no final daquele ano, para a retomada da obra, que estava com cerca de 60% do cronograma físico concluído. As instalações hidráulicas e elétricas foram prejudicadas e o conjunto também teve a estrutura interna descaracterizada. Atualmente, o cronograma físico da obra está entre 40% a 45% gerando um prejuízo de cerca de 30% do valor físico da obra, estimado em R$ 31 milhões.
A previsão é de que as obras sejam retomadas neste ano, após a desocupação do conjunto.
