Preparo: Refogue a cebola ralada na manteiga. Junte os tomates (sem pele e sem sementes), continuando a refogar. Acrescente o caldo e deixe ferver. À parte, dissolva a farinha com a água e acrescente à mistura, mexendo sempre. Cozinhe a mistura por mais dez minutos. Corrija o sal e acrescente a pimenta. Para servir, aqueça tigelinhas individuais. Coloque uma porção de Creme de Tomate, decore com uma colherada de Chantilly e finalize com cheiro verde picadinho. Sirva a seguir. Dica: Fica ótimo se acompanhada de torradas com manteiga e alho.
