As crianças matriculadas no Catarina Laboure – que encerrou suas
atividades em dezembro do ano passado – serão encaminhadas para CEI Ivette Atallah, situado na Brigadeiro Jordão, 401.
O imóvel, que foi escolhido após nova parceria da Secretaria Municipal da Educação com a Associação Beneficente Sírio-Libanesa, está finalizando as adequações para receber as crianças a partir do dia 6 de fevereiro, quando começa o ano letivo de 2023.
A CEI Ivette Atallah vai receber pouco mais de 100 crianças, as demais foram direcionados para unidades de CEI conforme a
proximidade de sua residência. Os CR.P.CONV dos Anjos, Joel Correa de Avila e Lar do Amor Cristão, além dos CEIs Margarida Maria Alves e Vila Carioca, todos nas adjacências do Ipiranga, serão os novos destinos dos pequenos.
Ainda segundo a DRE Ipiranga, os pais ou responsáveis já foram informados sobre as novas unidades de ensino onde as crianças irão neste ano. O anúncio foi um alívio para muitos e tristeza para outros.
Boa parte dos 36 funcionários/colaboradores do Catarina Laboure farão parte do time da nova unidade de ensino, por decisão da Associação Sírio-Libanesa, nova organização parceira. Silmara Prata, ex-diretora do Laboure, por exemplo, manterá o cargo em 2023 no CEI Ivetti Atallah, assim como a coordenadora da unidade, professores, membros da cozinha, limpeza e etc.
A medida facilitará ainda mais o aprendizado, uma vez que as crianças continuarão mantendo contato com os mesmos docentes, tendo que se adaptar apenas a um novo ambiente.
Outros colaboradores que não quiserem seguir o mesmo caminho estarão a vontade para trilhar novos horizontes.
“Eu estou feliz, pois uma nova instituição [Associação Beneficente Sírio-Libanesa] nos acolheu. Além disso, continuaremos com nosso grupo de crianças na nova unidade de ensino e com isso os pais ficarão mais despreocupados por já nos conhecer, saber dos nossos trabalhos, embora o local seja menor. Mesmo assim, eles [os pequenos] vão ser muito bem acolhidos, estarão muito bem seguros lá com a mesma interação que sempre tiveram com a gente. Me sinto mais confortável nesse sentido”, contou Prata.
Silmara salientou, também, a maneira receptiva como a nova instituição acolheu a equipe. “A nova instituição nos acolheu muito bem, elas [responsáveis pela associação] são muito receptivas, me deixaram participar de muitos tramites que estão acontecendo nessa transição de um lugar para o outro, me deram essa autonomia. Fico muito feliz também por terem confiado no meu trabalho sem me conhecer direito. Estou bem nesse sentido e os outros colaboradores também ficarão bem, pois estando todos juntos, estará tudo certo. O lugar será diferente, como já disse, menor, mas terá o mesmo acolhimento, trabalho e carinho que aqui [Catarina Laboure]”, contou afirmando ainda que “esse tipo de trabalho que fazemos não se mede pelo tamanho do espaço, mas pelo que fazemos”.
Na terça-feira (10), caminhões com uma equipe da Diretoria Regional do Ipiranga esteve no Catarina Laboure para começar a fazer a transição de objetos e equipamentos para a nova unidade da Brigadeiro Jordão. O que não for utilizado será destinado a outras CEIs.
Reservadamente alguns funcionários afirmaram que “tudo tem que ficar limpo, pois os novos donos vão chegar no dia 20”. O nome dos novos donos vem sendo mantido em segredo pela entidade mantenedora do Catarina Laboure. Inicialmente eles alegaram que o prédio foi alugado, porém e voz corrente entre os ex-funcionários que o prédio, onde a creche funcionou por mais de 50 anos, na verdade foi vendido. “A única certeza que temos é que, por enquanto, o prédio não será derrubado para ser erguido um prédio, pois ele é tombado e não pode ser demolido”, disse uma ex-funcionária, que não conseguiu conter as lágrimas ao falar do fim da Catarina Laboure.
