A Prefeitura de São Paulo anunciou na quarta-feira (3) um pacote de medidas para a Rede Municipal de Educação que incluiu reforma de escolas, troca de uniformes e contratação de estagiários para atendimento de alunos com deficiência. Ao todo serão investidos cerca de R$ 64 milhões em obras.
No Jabaquara a escola beneficiada foi a EMEF Ary Parreira, na rua Ipaobi, 142 – Vila Babilonia, com o valor de R$ 633.186,32. Já na Vila Mariana a EMEI Lucy Garcia Salgado ganhou a verba de R$ 469.238,17. Também será criada na região uma Escola de Formação para Professores. Segundo a secretaria, ela oferecerá cursos presenciais e à distância, famosas EAD.
Na região do Ipiranga, o CEU Meninos receberá R$ 3.780.433,48; o CEI Meninos ficará com R$ 569.019,61, a EMEI Professora Fátima Regina da Cruz Sabino Calaça recebeu a verba de R$ 574.248,37, o Cieja Clovis Caetano terá o valor de R$ 573.194,96 e o CEI José Gomes de Morais Netto terá o benefício de R$ 567.763,74.
Entre os investimentos está a reforma do refeitório; uniformes: uma audiência pública será aberta para contratar empresas para mudar o uniforme dos alunos até 2020. São investidos por ano R$ 100 milhões nos kits, mas os alunos reclamam da qualidade dos itens. Segundo o TCM, só 4% dos estudantes com mais de 11 anos usam o tênis oferecido. Também está previsto a aquisição de 115 kits de instrumentos musicais. Segundo a secretaria, a primeira entrega para 57 escolas está prevista com: trompetes, trombones, trompas, tubas, pratos e outros. Além da contratação de 300 estagiários para apoio de professores no atendimento de crianças com deficiência.
De acordo com a Secretaria Municipal da Educação, as mudanças foram propostas pelos próprios alunos e docentes em debates realizados nas Diretorias Regionais de Ensino.
Os pais comemoraram a iniciativa e torcem para mais escolas serem incluídas no calendário de reforma da Prefeitura. “Nossos filhos passam masi tempo na escola doq ue em casa. Eles merecem um ambiente de qualidade”, defende a mãe Mônica Tavares.
