De acordo com o projeto de lei sancionado pelo prefeito João Doria (PSDB) na semana passada que libera o pacote de desestatização proposto pelo tucano, a empresa que assumir a concessão do Parque da Independência poderá vender informações dos frequentadores do local. Para usar a rede Wi-Fi gratuita do parque, o usuário terá de fazer um cadastro e concordar com os termos. As informações podem ser vendidas para outra empresa, que usará os dados dos frequentadores para oferecer produtos e serviços.
A venda das informações seria uma das formas de a empresa que administrar o local cobrir os gastos de obras e manutenção do Parque da Independência. O modelo final da concessão do parque e de outras áreas públicas que o João Doria pretende entregar à iniciativa privada ainda não está definido. A expectativa é que as regras fiquem prontas até o fim do ano.
Além da venda de dados dos frequentadores do Parque da Independência, a Prefeitura avalia a possibilidade de conceder às empresas a comercialização de alimentos e bebidas, a realização de shows, aluguel de bicicletas e film comition (taxa para realização de filmagens).
O pacote de desestatização de João Doria autoriza o prefeito a entregar para a iniciativa privada, além do Parque da Independência, o Bilhete Único, o Mercadão Central, o Mercado Kinjo Yamato, outros 107 parques, praças e planetários e o serviço de remoção e pátios de estacionamento de veículos. A estimativa da Prefeitura é economizar R$ 510 milhões por ano e investir esse dinheiro em saúde, educação, habitação, segurança, mobilidade e assistência social.
A Prefeitura abriu chamamentos públicos para receber de empresas projetos e sugestões para definir as regras das parcerias.
