Ingredientes: 250 gramas de farinha de trigo; ½ xícara (chá) de margarina; 1 pitada de sal; 4 colheres (sopa) de água gelada. Recheio: 2 latas de leite condensado; 2 ovos; 1 colher (chá) de canela em pó; ½ colher (chá) de gengibre em pó; ½ colher (chá) de noz moscada ralada; ½ colher (chá) de sal; 2 copos de abóbora tipo Moranga cozida e espremida. Preparo: Junte a farinha e o sal, adicione a margarina e, aos poucos, a água até formar uma massa maleável. Abra a massa e cubra o fundo e os lados de uma fôrma redonda (23 cm de diâmetro), sem untar. Fure a massa com um garfo e leve ao forno pré-aquecido (180º) e asse durante 15 a 20 minutos. Numa tigela, misture bem os ingredientes do recheio. Coloque sobre a massa já assada e leve ao forno por 10 minutos. Abaixe a temperatura do forno e asse por mais 30 a 35 minutos, até que enfiando um palito na lateral do recheio, este saia limpo.
