Preparo: Numa panela, aqueça o azeite e a manteiga. Junte a cebola, a cenoura e o aipo. Frite em fogo alto durante alguns minutos. Junte as carnes e continue refogando em fogo alto. Adicione o vinho tinto e deixe evaporar. Acrescente o molho de tomate e uma parte do caldo de carne. Tempere com sal e pimenta-do-reino e deixe cozinhar com a panela parcialmente tampada, durante aproximadamente 2 horas. Durante este período vá acrescentando o restante do caldo de carne e o leite. Montagem da Lasanha: Unte com manteiga o fundo de um refratário. A seguir, cubra o fundo com um pouco de Molho de Carne, salpique com queijo parmesão ralado e faça uma camada de massa. Faça camadas iguais de massa e molho. Cubra a última camada de massa com o Molho Branco misturado com algumas colheres do Molho de Carne. Polvilhe com queijo parmesão ralado e cubra com o queijo mussarela fatiado. Cubra com papel alumínio. Leve ao forno preaquecido a 160º e asse durante aproximadamente 40 minutos. Desligue o forno e deixe a Lasanha descansar durante 10 minutos. Sirva a seguir.
