Preparo: Esquente o óleo e frite bem a carne. Tempere com sal, as pimentas e acrescente a manteiga e a cebola. Quando a cebola começar a dourar, o recheio estará pronto. É utilizado no Quibe Frito e no Quibe Assado.

Também utiliza a “Massa Básica”, o recheio e manteiga. Unte um refratário com duas colheres (sopa) de manteiga. Disponha, então, 1/3 da “Massa Básica”. Em seguida, espalhe o recheio e cubra com o restante da massa. Esta segunda camada deve ser bem mais espessa que a anterior. Molhe as mãos e umedeça a massa, apertando as beiradas. O Quibe Assado deve ter aproximadamente 4 cm de espessura. Com uma faca molhada, desenhe losangos na superfície que deve ser bem lisa. Esquente o forno a uma temperatura média de 180º. Derreta duas colheres (sopa) de manteiga e espalhe sobre o quibe. Leve ao forno por aproximadamente 40 minutos.
