No sábado (24) o CEU Parque Bristol comemorou 9 anos de atividades. A festa ganhou o tema “Educação e Cidadania para todos” e contou com diversos shows de diferentes estilos musicais, desde rap até música popular brasileira (MPB), oficina de beleza, apresentações de dança e coral, exposições socioeducativas, Cine Solar, campeonato de futsal, exames médicos de rotina oferecidos pela AMA Parque Bristol, entre outras atividades.
Com entrada gratuita a comemoração começou cedo. Um palco montado na entrada principal foi o cenário perfeito para as bandas Diabo Ex Machine, Salt. Locos de La Mente e para o cantor Léo Araújo. A Oficina Mary Kay embelezou dezenas de pessoas como a estudante da 7ª série Ana Carolina, que acompanhada da prima e mais duas amigas aproveitou a oportunidade para ficar ainda mais bonita. “Adoro estudar aqui. Está tudo muito gostoso e posso aproveitar para conhecer os outros alunos que no horário de aula não tenho possibilidade e dar um ‘tapa’ no visual”, brincou a garota.
No teatro aconteceu a abertura oficial do evento, o festival de corais, além das danças com o grupo BSGI e Colmeia. “Estou adorando as atividades”, afirmou Joyce Polli.
A unidade inaugurada em 21 de março de 2009 com o objetivo de atender as necessidades de vagas em creches, ensino básico e fundamental para crianças da região tem uma área construída de 10.958 m² e capacidade para atendimento de 1.593 alunos. Atualmente, recebe um fluxo semanal de cerca de 500 usuários na biblioteca, e mais de mil nas demais atividades. O Centro Educacional oferece atividades culturais aos estudantes da unidade e de escolas do entorno além de abrir as portas para a comunidade ter acesso a espetáculos teatrais, dança, música, cinema, oficinas, prática de esporte e cursos de informática dentro da unidade.
