A Exposição “Folclore Infantil” acontece na Biblioteca do Centro Educacional Unificado (CEU) Meninos de 6 a 31 de agosto, com horário de funcionamento de segunda à sexta das 8h às 20h e aos sábados das 8h às 15h. Ela é aberta ao público e atende os estudantes e funcionários escolares, bem como a comunidade.
A exposição busca retratar a biografia da literatura infantil brasileira, trazendo obras de Monteiro Lobato e outros famosos autores, como Ziraldo, Maurício de Sousa e Cecília Meireles. Além disso, ao longo de sua exibição, serão realizadas contação de histórias, de lendas e exibição de vídeos.
A exposição tem a curadoria de Adriana Nunes, coordenadora de Projetos Culturais que, com corte e costura, fez a construção de uma casa literária para educadores e estudantes usufruírem do espaço. Ele conta com um telão para exibição de desenhos folclóricos, possui gravuras com o resumo de lendas e quadros feitos com colagem de papel e tecidos que retratam personagens de diversas lendas, além de músicas folclóricas na ambientação.
Para compor esse cenário foram utilizadas criações feitas com materiais recicláveis, como esculturas em papel dentro de garrafas pets decoradas.
O CEU Meninos fica na rua Barbinos, s/nº – São João Clímaco. Horário de funcionamento: segunda à sexta das 8h às 20h e aos sábados das 8h às 15h.
