Uma aluna de 6 anos da escola estadual Adelina Issa Ashcar, localizada no Cambuci, foi agredida e sofreu racismo, segundo relato de Thamires Rosa, no Instagram, mãe da criança. Os fatos teriam acontecido em 2 de maio. Segundo a mãe, a criança foi chamada de feia, com cabelo feio, e de urubu. Ela acusa a escola de omissão na apuração dos fatos. A Secretaria de Educação de São Paulo afastou o diretor da escola, enquanto o caso é apurado. A secretaria não divulgou o nome do diretor.
“O racismo não pode mais afetar nossas crianças, estou trazendo esse fato para outras mães não se calem também diante da agressão, abuso psicológico principalmente”. Relatou Thamires no instagram.
Segundo Thamires, sua filha chegou em casa no dia 2 com o olho inchado, escoriações no rosto e no abdômen. A criança disse a mãe que estava brincando e esbarrou nos amigos. Aí eles disseram que iriam dar uma lição nela. No instagram Thamires escreve que “eu como mãe estou despedaçada pelo fato das lesões da minha filha serem tão cruéis, dentro da escola. Levou 1 soco em cada olho, lesão na costela que ainda se encontra inchada, lesão na virilha esquerda e direita, braços com hematomas etc, além do trauma psicológico pois ela é uma criança que não costuma se queixar de nada, é extremamente forte. E passar por isso não é fácil. A gravidade das lesões me fez ir atrás da escola, e simplesmente a cada ida que fiz até a escola eu me senti constrangida pela forma que a administração diretoria agiu ao se posicionar a respeito da minha filha, e por mim, mulher preta, mãe buscando, justiça para que isso não ocorra mais com outras crianças. Mostrando que nenhum ato deve ser visto como normal, quando se diz respeito a agressão, e a omissão da escola em não ter noção da gravidade desse ocorrido”.
A criança passou por exames no Instituto Médico Legal dois dias após as agressões e o órgão deu prazo de 30 dias para enviar o resultado. A polícia também está investigando o caso.
