O Parque da Independência será um dos grandes pontos de encontro da Virada Esportiva 2025, nos dias 20 e 21 de setembro, com a realização do evento “Brincando com o Esporte”. Com entrada gratuita e programação das 9h às 18h, a iniciativa promete diversão para toda a família, unindo esporte, cultura e lazer em um só lugar.
O público poderá participar de diversas práticas esportivas, como escalada, slackline, skate, patins e trampolim park, além de experimentar modalidades de esportes adaptados, como basquete em cadeira de rodas, futebol de cegos, tênis de mesa e skate adaptado. Haverá ainda oficinas de Libras com a presença do personagem MC, incentivando inclusão e acessibilidade.
A programação cultural é um destaque à parte, com apresentações de marionetes, contação de histórias e o divertido show do Mágico Tralha e sua banda. O grande momento do fim de semana será o “Show da Luna”, no domingo (21), às 12h30, no palco principal, prometendo encantar crianças e adultos com música, interação e muitas surpresas.
As crianças também terão um espaço especial com brinquedos infláveis, pintura facial, escultura de balões e oficinas de grafite, tudo acompanhado por artistas circenses para garantir a animação. Para completar, haverá distribuição gratuita de pipoca, algodão-doce e água para os visitantes.
Neste ano, a Virada Esportiva contará com atividades gratuitas em cerca de 450 locais espalhados pela cidade, como centros esportivos, CEUs, parques, praças, clubes da comunidade e unidades de saúde, com a expectativa de reunir 2 milhões de pessoas em dois dias de programação.

unsuitable to hold a licence to operate the Crown Sydney Casino.
