O Papa Francisco orou, na manhã deste domingo (11), pelos familiares e pelas vítimas do acidente aéreo ocorrido na tarde de sexta-feira (9), em Vinhedo, no interior de São Paulo. A queda do avião da Voepass Linhas Aéreas matou 62 pessoas, sendo 58 passageiros e quatro tripulantes a bordo do voo 2283, que tinha como destino final o Aeroporto Internacional de Guarulhos (SP).
“Rezemos também pelas vítimas do trágico acidente aéreo ocorrido no Brasil”, disse o Papa Francisco à multidão reunida na Praça São Pedro, durante a tradicional bênção de domingo (11), na cidade do Vaticano.
Em nota divulgada hoje, o Vaticano destacou, baseado em informações da empresa que operava a aeronave, que entre as vítimas havia quatro pessoas com dupla cidadania: três da Venezuela e uma cidadã de Portugal.

A duas caixas-pretas do avião da Voepass, contendo gravações de voz e dados do voo 2283, passam por análise de técnicos do Centro de Investigação e Prevenção de Acidentes Aeronáuticos (CENIPA) da Força Aérea Brasileira (FAB), após serem recuperadas no local da queda, o condomínio residencial Recanto Florido, em Vinhedo.
Em uma entrevista coletiva no município paulista, neste domingo, o chefe do Cenipa, brigadeiro do ar Marcelo Moreno, confirmou que os conteúdos de voz e de dados dos dois gravadores estão integralmente preservados e foram acessados pela equipe técnica do órgão, que dará continuidade às investigações.
