Preparo: Numa panela, aqueça a margarina. Refogue a carne moída, mexendo sempre, até que seque o líquido que se forma. Adicione a cebola picada, o tomate e o cheiro verde. Refogue durante 3 minutos e polvilhe a farinha de trigo, mexendo sempre até engrossar. Retire do fogo, tempere com sal e pimenta-do-reino e junte o queijo tipo Muçarela. Misture bem e deixe esfriar. Abra as massas de lasanha, recheie cada uma delas e enrole como rocambole. Coloque molho de tomate no fundo de um refratário, acomode os canelones lado a lado. Regue com molho de tomate novamente. Salpique com folhas de manjericão inteiras. Cubra com papel alumínio e leve ao forno preaquecido (180º) e asse durante 20 minutos. Sirva a seguir. Variação: Sirva acompanhado de queijo tipo Parmesão ralado. Também pode ser usado manjericão seco, sendo que a versão desidratada tem sabor mais acentuado.

Ingredientes: 500 gramas de açúcar; 100 gramas de manteiga; 100 gramas de queijo tipo Reino ralado; 3 ovos; 3 gemas; 100 gramas de farinha de trigo. Preparo: Misture o açúcar com 1 xícara (chá) de água e leve ao fogo. Cozinhe até obter ponto de calda grossa. Junte a manteiga e o queijo. Misture bem e deixe esfriar. Em outra tigela, misture os ovos, as gemas e a farinha de trigo. Adicione a calda fria. Misture bem. Coloque a massa e forminhas de alumínio untadas e polvilhadas com açúcar. Leve ao forno preaquecido (180º) e asse até ficarem dourados. Sirva depois de frios. Dica: Misture os ovos e a gemas, passe a mistura numa peneira e depois empregue como pede a receita.
