Tomates com azeitona ao forno
Ingredientes: 8 tomates do mesmo tamanho; 300 gramas de azeitonas sem caroço; 5 colheres (sopa) de azeite; 2 colheres (sopa) de vinagre; sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto. Preparo: Lave e enxugue os tomates. Corte uma tampa de cada um, retire as sementes e reserve a polpa. Misture as azeitonas picadas e a polpa amassando bem. Tempere com sal, pimenta-do-reino, azeite e vinagre. Deixe descansar durante 15 minutos. Recheio os tomates com porções iguais da mistura de azeitonas. Coloque numa forma refratária e regue com azeite. Cubra com papel alumínio e asse em forno pré- aquecido (180°) durante 15 minutos. Sirva a seguir.
