Com funk, festa e piscina nova, Balneário do Ipiranga é oficialmente reinaugurado
O clima foi de comemoração nesta segunda-feira (16) com a inauguração oficial do Balneário do Ipiranga. A cerimônia contou com a presença do prefeito Ricardo Nunes, que participou de aulas abertas ao lado da comunidade, animada com a reabertura do espaço esportivo.
Com direito a aulas de pilates, esgrima, luta e dança, o prefeito não ficou só no discurso: entrou em ação e até dançou funk ao som de “Meu beijo vai te viciar”, hit de Melody e Ana Castela, durante a aula da professora Danny Simão, momento que arrancou aplausos e virou o ponto alto da manhã.
Apesar do clima festivo, a obra enfrentou desafios. Com seis meses de atraso, o balneário deveria ter sido entregue em dezembro de 2023, mas só foi reaberto ao público hoje (16). Segundo a Prefeitura, o atraso se deu principalmente por falta de pagamentos durante a execução. Ainda assim, o resultado final agradou: foram investidos R$ 12,7 milhões na reforma e ampliação do espaço.
Agora, o Balneário do Ipiranga se tornou o primeiro clube verticalizado da cidade. Entre as melhorias estão a reforma geral da piscina — que agora é coberta e climatizada —, a modernização da casa de máquinas, revitalização de quadras, construção de banheiros e vestiários, sala de administração e novas salas para atividades e ginástica. Outro destaque é a piscina em formato de feijão, que chamou a atenção dos visitantes, e contou com uma aula de surf na inauguração.
