Parte do faturamento é destinado a potencializar projetos sociais locais – isso está previsto no contrato social e mesmo não sendo a solução para todos os problemas existentes, promove um impacto na comunidade. “Estamos muito otimistas com essa inauguração no Heliópolis, onde vivem 200 mil pessoas. Há muitos jovens sem emprego e queremos capacitá-los. Minha meta é entrar em todas as comunidades do país para gerar emprego, renda e educação”, destaca Massarenti. .
Criada pelo empresário Marcus Massarenti, a Happiness possui opções de lanches com preços acessíveis sem abrir mão da qualidade. Entre as opções estão hambúrgueres a partir de R$10 preparados com pão da casa, 160g de carne angus, queijo e a maionese da “causa”. Para acompanhar, a dica é o “franguitinho”, tiras de frango empanado na panko com molho barbecue (da casa) e as batatas fritas com tempero especial. Tem ainda Pink Lemonade e opções de sobremesas como brownie da Brendan House com sorvete e farofa com preços a partir de R$12. “Com minha experiência na área de restaurantes, fiz parcerias com fornecedores para oferecer comida de qualidade com preço acessível e permitindo também margem de lucro, para que possamos expandir e levar o Movimento a mais lugares”, aponta o CEO da Happiness.
Investir não é novidade para o publicitário Massarenti, que tem uma trajetória de inovação e bons resultados na área gastronômica. Em 2013, fundou o Holy Burger, uma das mais conceituadas hamburguerias de São Paulo, seguido pelo restaurante FÔRNO (2017) e o Brendan House Café (2018), este com o objetivo de tirar garotas de programa das ruas e dar um novo direito de escolha a elas. Ele também é membro do comitê de gestão do LIDE Futuro.
